2. THE DATA SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSING
Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that Pipinato footwear will process personal data, which may consist of an identifier such as the name, a telephone number, or even the IP address of the device used, browsing preferences, i.e. information on how you use the site www.pipinato.com , including your similarity in consumption patterns to other users, as well as your online shopping preferences.
Your personal data may be collected because you voluntarily provide it (for example when you subscribe to the newsletter, register on the site) or simply by analyzing your behavior on the site. The personal data processed through the site are as follows:
a. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identifying interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. c. Data relating to online payments
With regard to the payment data you entered, we specify that we will only process the data received from digital payment companies and credit card payment management institutions which consist of feedback information on the status linked to the payment (successful/rejected ). All additional information relating to the account (e.g. PayPal), prepaid credit card or credit card is stored by the entities that manage the relevant service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received through the site for other purposes .

f) subject to your consent, analyze your interests, habits and consumption choices and your preferences with regard to the products and services offered by Pipinato footwear, with the aid of electronic tools capable of aggregating and comparing your personal data in order to personalize the communications addressed to you on the products and services offered by the owner. The analysis will take into consideration both your purchasing behavior (date, subject and amount of the transactions you carried out at the point of sale), and your behavior relating to the consultation of commercial communications sent via email by the owner, and possibly the behavior navigation, i.e. information on how the site is used www.pipinato.com as a registered user, including his similarity in consumption behavior with other users (integrated profiling");
g) the data may also be used by Pipinato calcio to analyze the use made of the Site by the user, examine the effectiveness of advertising, promotions and competitions, to analyze (in aggregate form) the relevant statistics navigation and activities on the Site, simplify its use and better adapt it to the user's interests and choices. Any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation ("communication to third parties");
i) for statistical purposes, without it being possible to trace your identity ("statistics");
j) send communications to invite you to update your personal data, in order to guarantee the principle of accuracy of the processing by Pipinato calcio pursuant to art. 5, par. 1, letter. d) of EU Regulation 679/2016, and guarantee that the personal data of its customers are always correctly recorded in its systems and updated, also possibly offering bonuses for customers who carry out such updating ("Data update").
4. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The legal bases used by Pipinato footwear to process your personal data, according to the purposes indicated in the previous section are the following:
1) the processing of data collected for the provision of the service (3a) is carried out in the absence of the consent necessary for the execution of the contract (art. 6 letter b GDPR).
2) the processing of data collected for legal obligations (3b) is legitimized by art. 6 lett. c) of the GDPR.
3) the treatment carried out for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner (3c) is legitimized by art. 6 lett. f) of the GDPR and art. 9 lett. f).
4) the processing of data collected for soft spam (3d) is legitimized pursuant to the current applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, which does not require your consent. You can object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose upon subsequent communications from the owner by writing an email to customerservice@pipinato.com.
5) the processing carried out for the purpose of marketing (3e) are based on the release of your specific consent pursuant to art. 6 lett. a) of the GDPR. The provision of your personal data for this purpose is therefore completely optional. If, in any case, you wish to revoke your consent, you can do so at any time by sending an email to customerservice@pipinato.com. Any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
6) the processing carried out for the purpose of Integrated profiling (3f) are based on the release of your specific consent pursuant to art. 6 lett. a) of the GDPR. The provision of your personal data for this purpose is therefore completely optional. If, in any case, you wish to revoke your consent, you can do so at any time by sending an email to customerservice@pipinato.com. Any revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
7) the processing carried out for the purpose of online profiling are based on the release of specific consent to advertising cookies possibly expressed by the user through the appropriate banner found when landing on the site. as regards the making of user data available in aggregate to the manager of the reference platform for the online advertising network, the processing is based on the consent requested through the specific cookie banner that appears during the first access to the platform. If you wish to object to the processing of your data for online profiling purposes, you can do so at any time.
8) the processing of your personal data for the purpose of communication to third parties (3h) are based on the release of your specific consent pursuant to art. 6 lett. a) of the GDPR. The provision of your personal data for this purpose is, therefore, entirely optional. If, in any case, you wish to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of communication to third parties and revoke your consent, you can do so at any time by sending an email to cusotmerservice@pipinato.com, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
9) the processing of your data for the purpose of statistics (3i) take place anonymously by Pipinato calcio, therefore the processing can be freely carried out.
10) the processing of your data for the purpose data update (3j) meets the need to always process updated data, which is why Pipinato calcio periodically asks its customers to verify the correctness of the personal data.
5. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data will be processed within the company with electronic and paper tools, in compliance with security measures, also by means of duly appointed personnel "authorized to process" and may be shared, for the purposes indicated in point 3) with:
– subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities
– subjects that the owner uses to fulfill his obligation and who often act as data controllers, i.e.: people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to the owner in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and recovery matters credits relating to the provision of services: subjects who cooperate with the owner for the provision of services (for example hosting providers or companies that take care of the IT service); subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks); iv) subjects delegated to organize and carry out the shipment, delivery and return of the purchased products v) companies that provide assistance activities for the pursuit of the purposes reported in this information.
– subjects who are entrusted with the organization and execution of the shipment, delivery and return of the products purchased on the Site.
– companies of the Pipinato group limited to the pursuit of administrative-accounting purposes connected to the performance of organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities.
– with your prior consent, group companies and other companies operating in the sectors: tourism, transport, furniture, real estate, telecommunications, electronics, energy, insurance, food, banking, finance and entertainment, for independent direct marketing purposes.
If the opportunity is given, the owner will be able to precisely identify these services directly to the interested party who requests them. the data collected will not be disclosed in any way.
6. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data will be transmitted exclusively in Italy and within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU and will do so in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission; this method will however be provided in a specific information notice to the interested party.
7. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processed for the purposes of provision of the service (3a) will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and for the subsequent period of time prescribed by law. In particular, it is specified that accounting records, invoices and correspondence will be kept for 10 years as required by law; the data necessary for the management of any dispute or credit recovery will be kept until the end of the dispute.
The data processed for legal obligations of a fiscal, administrative or fiscal nature (3b) will be kept for the time required by the specific obligation indicated in the applicable law or regulation.
Personal data collected for the purposes of soft spam (3d) will be kept until the interested party objects to the processing.
Personal data collected for the purposes of marketing (3e) will be processed until your consent is revoked.
Personal data collected for the purposes of integrated profiling (3f) will be processed for no longer than 24 months from the date of collection.
Personal data collected for the purposes of online profiling (3g) will be stored for 30 days.
the data collected for the purposes of communication to third parties (3h) will be processed until your consent is revoked.
Personal data collected for the purposes of data update (3j) will be processed until the interested party objects to the processing.
Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the owner.
8. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
You may at any time request from the data controller access to the personal data concerning you and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing or to oppose their processing, as well as the right to data portability, as provided for in 'art. 13 paragraph 2 letter b) GDPR, you have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 of the regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, in the cases provided for by the art. 20 of the regulation.

Deletion is not permitted for data contained in documents that must be retained by law.
